Booked For Battle: Lady’s Self-Defense Class

Location: Denali Gymnastics, 1st Floor (300 E Kalli Cir, Wasilla, AK 99654)

What to Bring:
• Wear comfortable workout clothes
• Socks optional — no shoes on the mats, please
• Tie back long hair and skip the jewelry for safety
• Bring water

• FREE to participate
• Registration Required (Call or message the bookstore)
• 16 years or older to attend (16 & 17 must have guardian present)
***Please ARRIVE EARLY to sign waver***
