For those who are new to the area or unfamiliar with the project:
We are adding accessible play equipment to the 9/11 Memorial Park playground. This playground is located at the intersection of Ahern Blvd and Washington Blvd.
What we have added to the playground, so far: beautiful swing set, WeeSaw (remix on traditional seesaw where 5 kids can play together), musical instruments, a Roller Table, OmniSpin, adaptive Slide (ordered!), activity panel (gifted and on its way), a sensory garden (Eagle Scout Project) with new brick pavers and several benches.
What’s needed: A FENCE!
