The report "What Does America Want from Its Foreign Assistance Program?: Strategic Options and Policy-Leader Priorities in a Time of Peer Competition and Partisan Discord," by Laura Pavlovic, Ramsey Day, and James Kunder draw on interviews with a bipartisan group of more than 30 leading experts on U.S. foreign assistance.
