Come do acro yoga with us! All levels welcome, no partner needed! This is a jam, it means that people casually show up at whatever time to meet new people, play, and share skills. We love to meet/teach new people and share our love of acro!

The jam happens every week. We will be in Dance loft on 14 until the Spring. If the weather is unexpectedly nice we may meet at Meridian Hill Park (updates posted in events tab).

Most people do not RSVP to the event, but we always have 15-40 people come each week. Street parking is available if driving.

Practice enthusiastic consent: ask before working with others, and it is ok to decline to base / fly / spot. Meaningful consent includes understanding what is asked - is this a new move for anyone involved? Remember to use spotters for safety.
