The UDC ServSafe Food Protection Manager course ensures that you:Protect the public's health and safety in your food service establishment.Understand current food safety policies and procedures.Implement effective employee training programs.Keep your operation in compliance with all applicable public health regulations.Food Protection Manager certifications must be renewed every five (5) years.Free to register. The course fee to attend is $147.00.
