"description": "Tigerlily Foundation provides education, advocacy, and support to young women – before, during, and after breast cancer. Through our programs, we seek to empower women of all backgrounds, including those at heightened risk, those facing health disparities, and those with less access to care. From information about breast health to policy for improved access and quality of care, to emotional and spiritual support programs, as well as working to end disparities, our mission is to improve the quality of life and end isolation among breast cancer patients, survivors and thrivers. \r\n \n \n \nOur vision is to end disparities of age, stage and color. We have spent 16 years driving change from the Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) patient perspective, amplifying patient voices and disrupting systems that need to change in order to deliver equitable patient care for young women, metastatic breast cancer patients and Black women. Our goal is to also drive innovation, to ensure safe, rapid and equitable delivery of treatment to all patients, particularly those facing high disparities. Our work engages all stakeholders – families, patients, caregivers, providers, nurse navigators, policymakers, sponsors, and anyone impacting patients along the continuum of their life and healthcare delivery. \r\n "
