TI Smart Speed Freestyle Workshop: Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC: Join TI Coach Lloyd Henry to learn how to use swimming metrics such as time, stroke tempo and strokes per length to make you a faster swimmer. The workshop also includes video analysis. Click the “get tickets” link for more information.
