As the lesson progresses, the two characters reveal details of their past, a past deeply marked by the Pulse nightclub shooting. The true meaning of that attack, the motivations of the shooter, and the lingering shadow of its victims lead to a confrontation between Amelia and Ramón that forces them to uncover the truth.
