Her work has supported children with autism, teen parents, LGBTQ+ youth, and families navigating complex life experiences. She seamlessly bridges clinical expertise with spiritual embodiment, creating spaces where healing is both evidence-informed and deeply sacred. In 2020, Chyna founded Preserving Peace, laying the foundation for what would later evolve into She Remembers. Through retreats, sister circles, sound healing, embodiment workshops, and transformative wellness experiences, she has guided hundreds of women in reconnecting with themselves. She has hosted international retreats, completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, and facilitated healing experiences throughout Southeast Asia and the United States. As a certified postpartum doula and Sacred Woman initiate, Chyna weaves together nervous system education, ancestral wisdom, sound healing, movement, meditation, and ritual to support women through life's many transitions—from birth and motherhood to grief, healing, reinvention, and self-discovery. While her work intentionally centers the experiences of Black women, she welcomes all women into spaces rooted in remembrance, reclamation, and radical self-devotion.Whether leading a retreat, facilitating a workshop, or guiding participants through immersive sound experiences, Chyna creates environments where women feel safe enough to soften, courageous enough to expand, and empowered enough to remember the truth of who they have always been.Instagram Handle: / All sales are final and non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable, unless a request for a refund or transfer is made prior to the class starting.
