Eligibility and Entry. You are 21 years of age or older and hold a valid, unexpired medical cannabis registration from the District of Columbia or another U.S. state or territory program. Entry is at the sole discretion of the venue's licensed operator, and admission may be refused or revoked for failure to present valid identification and registration, visible intoxication, or conduct that violates venue policy or District law. Tickets are non-refundable for denied or revoked entry on these grounds.2. Cannabis Consumption. The Event is held at Higher Ground, a consumption facility licensed by the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration. Any cannabis consumption, product activation, sampling, or accessory distribution occurs solely through, and under the authority of, the venue's licensed operator, and is subject to District regulation. Tea Pad Foundation LTD does not sell, distribute, furnish, or supply cannabis or cannabis products. Consumption is voluntary. You are solely responsible for your own consumption decisions, dosage, and tolerance, and for any interaction with medications, medical conditions, or other substances.3. Assumption of Risk. You understand that cannabis consumption carries inherent risks, including but not limited to impairment, adverse physical or psychological reactions, and delayed onset of effects from ingested products. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event and with any consumption in which you choose to engage.4. Impairment and Transportation. You agree not to operate a motor vehicle while impaired. You are responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from the venue. Tea Pad Foundation LTD does not provide transportation and assumes no responsibility for your travel.5. Release and Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Tea Pad Foundation LTD, CannabizMD, LLC, their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage arising from or related to your attendance at the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, excluding only gross negligence or willful misconduct.6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your conduct at the Event or your violation of these terms or applicable law.7. Medical Attention. You consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury or illness and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for the cost of such treatment.8. Federal Law Acknowledgment. You understand that cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law, that the Event is conducted under District of Columbia law, and that the Released Parties make no representation regarding your legal exposure under federal law or the law of any other jurisdiction, including consequences related to employment, housing, firearms ownership, immigration status, or professional licensure.9. Photography and Recording. The Event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant Tea Pad Foundation LTD a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and voice in Event-related and promotional materials. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed may request an opt-out lanyard at check-in.10. Conduct. You agree to comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and District law, including prohibitions on removing cannabis products from the premises, sharing products with non-registered individuals, and consuming outside designated areas.11. Changes and Cancellation. Tea Pad Foundation LTD reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule, and to cancel or postpone the Event. In the event of cancellation, ticket purchases will be refunded at face value; the Released Parties are not liable for any other costs incurred.12. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.Ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.
