Learn how to perform basic on your body and live pain-free.
Improve your performance by treating body stiffness and achy joints, as well as rehabilitating injuries—all without having to seek out a coach, doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, or masseur.
Training sessions: You will learn how to provide basic self- on your body to address tight muscles and improve tissue flexibility.
Mobility sessions: You will learn how to utilize a combination of active and passive stretches to improve muscle extensibility, joint range-of-motion, and body awareness.
