* Not all organizations or jurisdictions accept PDH certificates for credentialing. Please contact your authorizing authority or licensing board to validate the acceptance of PDH credit.

**All attendees must be registered to attend to receive the entry QR code. Walk-ins will only be accepted on June 12, 2025 8:30 am until the first session begins at 9:00 am. No walk-in registrations after that time. No-exceptions.

*** Government / Non-Profit / Fully Retired Eligibility

• Government attendees using a .gov or .mil email address representing their agency
• Non-profit or academic institution representatives, including full-time students using a .org or .edu email address, representing their institution
• Fully retired individuals who are not affiliated with any business, consulting practice, or organization. Retired attendees should list “Retired” or “N/A” as their organization when registering.

⚠️ If you register using a discounted ticket, including a discounted member, government, non-profit, fully retied ticket, and do not meet the eligibility criteria, your registraton may be canceled. All registration deadlines, including the refund and transfer deadline, will still apply.

REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

• Refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Transfers will be processed for a $25 fee.
• No refunds or transfers will be accepted after the deadline.
• Walk-in transfers are not allowed.
• All Late Registrations must pay full walk-in price of $300 to attend and must arrive before the first session begins at 9:00 am. No walk-ins after that time.
• No refunds for sponsorship. Transfer fees apply to all sponsorship attendee transfers.

Late registration or Walk-in attendees must pay online (after Monday, June 9 at 12:00 pm noon EDT) and arrive between 8:30 am and 9 am (prior to the first session) to attend this conference. Show your late registration confirmation ticket to the attendee to receive access to the National Press Club space without a QR code. Attendees who arrive late can also arrive with another registered attendee as their guest.
