This event will take place inside the hotel. However, when the weather is nice in the spring and summer, we will practice outside in the garden, in a serene, natural setting. This community-centered class offers a chance to release tension, calm the mind, and nurture your body through gentle movement, deep breathing, and community conversation and mindfulness.
