Through the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi Qigong, calming meditation, breathwork, and subtle energy healing, you’ll reconnect with your life force and experience deep renewal — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

No experience or equipment needed — however, a reasonable basic level of fitness is required for this session as much of the session is conducted standing up.
