In this craft activity, we will be painting wooden eggs with designs inspired by the traditional Ukrainian Pysanky style, rather than using wax on real eggs. Pysanky is known for its intricate patterns and vibrant colors, symbolizing themes such as rebirth and protection.
During the activity, we will learn about the history of Pysanky and attempt to replicate its beautiful motifs on wooden eggs. Using paint brushes and pens, we'll create stunning designs that reflect the detailed artistry of Pysanky without the use of wax. This is a craft activity for all ages!
