All tickets include a little sip of somethin'. HOW IT WORKSEveryone will prepare a dish from START HERE by Sohla El-Waylly. Ahead of the event, you'll receive access to a spreadsheet where you and other attendees will sign up for the dish of your choice. Then, on March 19th, we'll gather in our kitchen space to discuss the author's perspective, as well as our own experiences cooking through the book. Cookbook club members will also receive a 10% discount in-store for the month of March (appliances excluded).If you purchase a copy of the book with your ticket, you may pick it up in-store. Copies of START HERE can be picked up begining Friday, February 20th! She studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park before training at various New York City restaurants such as Del Posto, Atera, and Battersby. A TIME100 Next honoree, she lives in the East Village with her husband, two dogs, and cat.
