From the now legendary Superiority Burger itself to soft serve, salads, and snacks, this is a cookbook for anyone who thinks vegetarian cooking should never be boring.ABOUT THE AUTHORBrooks Headley is a chef, author, and former professional drummer who spent years as the pastry chef at Del Posto before opening Superiority Burger in 2015.
