Set in the heart of DC’s vibrant Union Market District, this experience is for women who are deep in their wellness and nutrition journey or just curious about starting. It’s for anyone ready to make their physical, mental, and emotional well-being a priority before the demands, the to-do lists, and everyone else’s needs.

✨ What to Expect

A soulful yoga flow by Brendolyn designed to activate your energy and calm your nervous system.

A seasonal, plant-based meal curated by Elev8 Plantbased, intentionally crafted to support digestion, nourishment, and enjoyment.

Elevated energy with R&B music to create a vibey class and an environment that is musically appealing.

Time to connect. Whether you're coming solo or with friends, you'll leave feeling seen and supported.

✨ The Meal
All guests have the option to choose a fresh, plant-based takeaway meal to enjoy post-practice.

The options are:

-1 Main (Crusted Turk'y or Fried Chick'n), 2 sides (Mac & Cheese + Green Beans), 1 Handcrafted Drink (mint-cranberry lemonade), and Desert (Pumpkin or mini cornbread muffin)

You’ll have the option to:

• Eat within Autoshop or outside on the rooftop
• Explore nearby Union Market seating areas for casual bites and people-watching
• Or simply take your meal to go and enjoy it later. No pressure, just good food with intention.

Our chef believes in plant-based food that feels good and tastes amazing.

✨ Ticket Options Explained:

General Admission Tickets — Available after Early Bird ends.

• Yoga + Marketplace Only: Event entry without a vegan plate.
• Yoga + Marketplace+ Vegan Plate: Event entry plus a freshly prepared vegan plate.
• Friend + Me (2 Tickets + 2 Vegan Plates): Discounted bundle for two people — event entry + a vegan plate for each person.

Note: If you choose the “Yoga + Marketplace Only” ticket but decide later you’d like a vegan plate, you can still purchase food at the event (subject to availability).

It is encouraged to bring your own yoga mat. There will be limited mats available for rent. Let's connect, rejuvenate, and set intentions together.
