We will be hosting three costume contests: one for pets, one for kids, and one for adults. Complete with judges and prizes for first, second, and third place of each contest, make sure you arrive in your (or your pet's) best costume for a chance at winning big! Costume contest winners get up to $100 valid at Dupont Circle's best restaurants! While this is going on, pick up a pumpkin around the park (while supplies last) and decorate it how you like with our provided art supplies!
