An award-winning artist, he has performed across India, Europe, China, Bangladesh, and the U.S., and is recognized as an "A" grade artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan.Soumya Chakraverty – SarodBased in Washington, DC, Soumya represents the Senia-Shahjahanpur Gharana. His style blends the Rababiya (rabab-inspired) and Gayaki (vocal-inspired) traditions of sarod playing.
