Desert Storm Veterans Marching in D.C. Memorial Day Parade
The National Desert Storm War Memorial Association will be marching veterans who served during Operation Desert Storm in the 2019 National Memorial Day Parade in Washington D.C.
1. Active Duty US Military during Desert Shield or Desert Storm
(includes activated Guard/Reserve)
2. Members of 1991 Coalition Nations that were active duty during the war should contact us about joining the USA in the parade.
May 26 [mandatory registration in Washington DC]
May 27 [parade @ 2pm]
Pants: 2 options
Desert Camo (6 color, chocolate chip] or light brown civilian khakis (long pants)
note: if khakis are worn the color must closely match the light brown in the Desert Camo (chocolate chip)
If a hat is worn, it needs to be the Desert Camo Boonie.
Shirt: A special shirt is being designed for the parade participants.
The Parade Route is 1 mile long. We have limited spaces for Veterans to ride in a vehicle during the parade. These spaces are reserved for those who are physically unable to march in the parade.
Our Group hotel rate is $149.00 per night.
When you are confirmed for the parade you will be given the hotel details.

We are once again deeply honored as we plan to gather in our Nation's Capital to honor all of our fallen from Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, as well as all of our military's fallen through the ages.
