DC Meatball Battle

DC Food & Beverage Collective invites you to the 2nd Annual DC Meatball Battle!

The DC Food & Beverage Collective, Osteria Morini and talented Chef Matt Adler of Cucina MORINI and Caruso’s Grocery are teaming up again to bring DC an unforgettable charity event in the form of a meatball battle extravaganza! Eight area top chefs will compete to see who can make the tastiest meatball. Guests can visit each chef's station to try each of the meatballs and vote for their favorite. There will also be a panel of judges tasting the meatballs and deciding whose is the best!

In addition to meatballs from the eight chefs, unlimited spaghetti marinara, penne a la vodka and focaccia will be available. One drink ticket for beer, wine, specialty cocktail, or soft drinks are also included. Proceeds from this event and a silent auction of great prizes will be used to provide culinary scholarships and restaurant internship opportunities.
