"description": "This fun class will be part learning, part hands on. There will be a brief discussion regarding all the reasons that you should always eat the good chocolate confections, and avoid the \"easy to grab at the gas station/grocery store\" chocolates as much as possible. You will also learn where your chocolate comes from, and a brief discussion about how it is made. The last part of the evening will be spent creating your own chocolate bark to take home. You can choose from our wide variety of inclusions; use one or two of them, or heck, why not use them all! :) Some choices might include Hawaiian Sea Salt, coarse ground black pepper (WHAT??!), salted toasted pistachios, coconut, freeze-dried strawberries & raspberries, chipotle (again, WHAT?), dried Montmorency cherries, salted dry roasted almonds, cullinary lavender, and some Oh-So-Cute sprinkles. You are welcome to bring in your own beverages. You know what goes so well with chocolate.....wine! As this is a private event, and as long as you are legal to do so, you are welcome to bring in your favorite beverage of choice. "
