It's more important then ever that your business information appears—and appears correctly— when people search online. Research shows that 4 out of 5 customers use a search engine before visiting businesses or purchasing items, and over 90% of customers are looking for specific information about businesses when using search engines — like business hours, promotions or deals, even available appointments. And, businesses that are online show revenue growth 4x higher than the previous year and are 3x as likely to create jobs. Let's make sure your business is taking advantage of what digital platforms have to offer.

You'll leave this session with tools and knowledge to claim your business and update your info on Google, Yelp, and City Waker, as well as tips and tricks for how to get found on Google Maps, respond to and utilize reviews, and engge with customers.

Coffee will be provided.
