Casting Director Caitlin D. Jones: Commercial Audition Workshop

Caitlin has worked on hundreds of commercial castings since getting her start in 2008. Her passion for casting expanded into the television and independent film genres. Winning the 2020 CSA Artios Award for Best Casting of a Pilot/First Season Drama. Her first studio film, SMILE, has broken box office records and garnered rave reviews!

The Commercial Audition Workshop is a 3.5hr, all-access training ground designed to mirror the real commercial audition process from start to finish. With only 10 spots available, every actor gets personalized attention, detailed feedback, and the chance to sharpen their craft in a way that feels like the real thing.

• Commercial Self-Tape Assignment: Receive sides in advance, tape your audition, and submit like you would for a real booking. You’ll get direct, actionable feedback, then apply your notes in a live callback scenario.
• In-Person Audition: Receive sides during the workshop and perform live in front of Caitlin and class participants.

Important: You’ll send in your headshot and resume 7 days before class and receive your self-tape assignment a few days before class. Check your email (and spam folder!) for instructions. Missing homework = missing opportunity.

This workshop isn’t for everyone. It’s for actors serious about booking commercials who want to experience the full audition journey — self-tape to callback to live audition — in a single, high-impact session.
