This isn’t just yoga—it’s a sanctuary for your soul. Through breath, mindful movement, and sacred mantras, Laura helps you awaken energy, calm the nervous system, and rediscover peace. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned yogi, every class is a safe haven to clear the mind, heal the heart, and relax the body.

And here’s the best part—you do NOT have to be in recovery to attend. These classes are for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and connection. In fact, they’re a powerful antidote to the everyday behavioral addictions we all wrestle with—like endless scrolling, gaming, or gambling. This is recovery of the human body, mind, and spirit.
