MARK YOUR CALENDARS and get excited for our all-volunteer, FREE grassroots celebration of Adams Morgan’s eclectic history, culture, local artists, businesses, and residents at Adams Morgan Day 2019 on Sunday, September 8!
Celebrating its 41st year, Adams Morgan Day is Washington’s longest-running neighborhood festival. Adams Morgan Day is a free, family-friendly celebration with music, art, and activities for all ages. We welcome residents and visitors alike to meet our neighborhood businesses, artists and service organizations. To see past vendors and to learn more about the festival, follow us on Instagram and Twitter @adamsmorganday and on Facebook Adams Morgan Day.
To close 18th street, we are raising money to go to city services, emergency services, permits and the like, to keep everyone safe and happy. We’ll need funds to pay for sound equipment, bands, and kids’ art supplies.
Donations, local business involvement, and volunteer time are all very much needed, and we’ve seen an enthusiastic response from new volunteers thus far! There are no tickets required to enjoy Adams Morgan Day, but to donate, please click on the Ticket URL or visit: https://www.admoday.com/sponsorship-opportunities/
If you’re interested in applying to be a vendor, please apply at admoday.com/vendors.
