Tai Chi — the soft martial art
Join Stephen J. Goodson, a senior student of the late Robert W. Smith, in a weekly class where we will learn the 37 posture, simplified Tai Chi form. Tai Chi postures are designed to gently work muscles, improve balance, concentration, and the flow of energy that sustains health and calms the mind. Beginner class for students just beginning their practice, or who need a refresher course.
(Please, no street shoes on the gym floors. Loose, comfortable clothing is best. No recording equipment.)
