Packets (digital and paper) of the responses will be compiled and made available for easy reference.🗳️You MUST be a registered voter in Washington Township, Gloucester County, NJ to attend.**‼️IMPORTANT TIMES TO NOTE✏️⏰**• ✔️ 5:15pm: Check in begins but late arrivals are welcome until 8pm.• 👋 5:30pm: Introductions and guidelines explained. We will run through how to navigate our unique event and answer anyone needing more clarification.• ⏱️🤝5:40pm: Rotations begin. Rotations will begin at 5:40. Due to the number of candidates, it is important we begin promptly to allow for candidates and constituents to meet and speak with one another.⭐️We are looking for a few helpers to help moderate at tables. These helpers do not have to be voters in the township, and will be asked to simply make sure rules are being followed.📐Rules:1)🔄Please understand this is not a time for a lengthy one on one conversation. You must take turns and allow others to speak with the candidates.2)💬Keep discussions non-partisan.3)☺️Be civil. No cussing at or yelling at anyone. Though this is a casual event, it is important to have a professional composure. This isn’t a time to debate or argue. We are here for healthy conversations.4)🚫No alcoholic beverages allowed.
