BODYSTEP - Step Aerobics with Danielle

Time to step it! In this specialty class, we will be using an adjustable step platform for a full body cardio workout. We will learn basic step moves, strength training & choreography routines we can move & workout to. This calorie torching workout is way more than a regular step class. It's an experience!

$30 - Includes class + grip socks for you to keep
Both classes are being held at our TWP Location

Sunday, December 21 @ 12PM: Reggaeton Theme with Danielle
Sunday, January 25 @ 1130AM: Bad Bunny Theme with Nina

This class will be done barefoot, grip socks will be provided to each attendee for you to keep. You must bring a yoga mat, towel & water. The step platform will be provided & set up upon your arrival.

This class will be heated 90-95 degrees. Limited space & machines, please register in advance.
