A small group gathered, the bowls sang, the room softened, shoulders dropped, minds quietened, and for an hour people rested.

I’m intentionally keeping these sessions small (maximum 10 people) so that the experience remains personal, spacious, and deeply nourishing.

If you’ve been feeling busy, overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply in need of a moment to reconnect with yourself, I’d love to welcome you.
