• The stages of change for families
• Tools and strategies to help build coping and resilience

Presented by Family Drug Support - a national, non-religious not-for-profit charity.

Coffee, tea and refreshments will be provided

Each Stepping Forward session is designed so that you will have something of value to take away to help you on your journey. Everyone is welcome to attend one or more sessions.
