About the event

The Bracebridges in Warwickshire
A local family with connections to Florence Nightingale will take centre stage at Warwickshire Local History Society’s next evening talk.

Historian Yvonne Stone will explore the fascinating story of the Bracebridge family of Atherstone, tracing their influence on the town and surrounding area over a span of nearly 800 years. The talk will examine both the positive and negative impact of the family, set against the backdrop of wider historical events from 1100 to 1872.

The talk will take place on Tuesday 17th March at 7.30 pm at Aylesford Primary School, Warwick with tea and coffee available from 7 pm.

No booking is required. Non-members are very welcome. Attendance is free, though donations are appreciated.
For more information about the society and events please visit their website, www.warwickshirehistory.org.uk.
