- **Event Description**: Join us for a special Lunch & Learn with Debra Erickson, Executive Chef and Founder of The Blind Kitchen. Debra, who is blind due to retinitis pigmentosa, was the only blind student in culinary school and developed creative solutions for navigating the kitchen. She will share adaptive culinary tools, tips, and techniques for working in the kitchen safely, confidently, and independently despite vision loss.

The 211 Van will also be present to assist with a variety of resource needs. Light refreshments will be served.
