La Milonga Ideal December "Not-yet-Christmas" edition with Aysel Deniz

The bumps in the night from ghouls, ghosties, and fireworks have abated. Christmas is not yet here. There is the Time and Space to put aside these considerations and dance, and the December edition of Tango Warwick’s monthly traditional milonga awaits you.
We are fortunate to be able to welcome the super-popular Aysel Deniz as DJ, a perfect choice to make it a wonderfully joyful occasion. Come and join friendly friends and friendly strangers in the creation of lovely dances inspired by her music, for an evening celebrating the enjoyment of tango.

We will be back at home in Warwick SPACE. It is a large room with a good floor,(recently restored at enormous expense!), in a space reminiscent of Buenos Aires' Sunderland Club (some say), and with great acoustics.

There will be some nibbles, soft drinks, fine cordials and wine for early arrivers, but BYOB if you wish.

We encourage good tango, nice ronda and cabeceo!

It will be the friendly, joyful, welcoming, and lively, milonga tango dancers have come to love. Above all there will be a warm welcome for visitors, occasionals, and regulars alike.

TIME: 8pm to midnight, Friday 5th December.

WARWICK SPACE is on the north side of the main road north of the river between Leamington and Warwick; next to the Black Pug pub, aka Millwright Arms, and almost opposite a Sainsbury local. It is a short walk from Warwick Railway Station, and not far from M40 and A46. There are several hotels & B&B's nearby in this tourist area. The Castle Limes Hotel is a few minutes away. The Jephson in Leamington is about 1.3 miles away, fairly inexpensive, but generally found adequate. Kenilworth hotels are a short drive away.
PARKING is mostly on road, especially towards Warwick on the main road or Smith Street (one way, going East), on back streets (not very easy), or towards Warwick station. The St Nicholas Park car park is about 10 minutes walk away but you probably could do with a torch on the way back.
