Bridging the Gap Warwick Fire Department Fundraiser

The Warwick Fire Department presents Bridging the Gap with Jeremy Donch of National Fire Radio

This engaging, interactive program tackles the generational divides within the fire service head-on, focusing on respect, accountability, and communication to strengthen culture and unity across all ranks.

Opening the event will be Tri State Fire Training Lead Instructor Tom Marchiano presenting The New Fire Officers Playbook — a leadership development course designed to guide new and aspiring officers through the transition from firefighter to leader.
