Despite the devastating diagnosis, Avery’s family filled her life with love, comfort, and joy while caring for her at home surrounded by family, friends, and support from the Krabbe community. Avery passed away on May 2, 2020, but her story continues to inspire action, awareness, and hope.

Since its creation, the BrAvery for Avery Fund has helped raise critical support for Krabbe disease research and family assistance programs through KrabbeConnect. Thanks to incredible community support, this golf tournament has become a cherished annual event bringing people together to make a difference in Avery’s memory.

Through sponsorships, raffle donations, and participation, every contribution helps move us closer to better treatments and ultimately a cure for Krabbe disease.
