Fall into Winter

If your first question was: “Why do I need to learn how to fall?”, then this class is for you!
Whether you slipped on an icy sidewalk, got pushed, or simply tripped over your own feet (random gravity check), it’s important to know how to protect yourself when you hit the ground.
Most people’s first instinct is to reach toward the ground and catch themselves…which is a great way to end up with a broken hand/wrist/elbow. Spend an hour learning how to fall safely instead of spending 6 weeks in a cast (and maybe getting surgery)!
What to wear: something comfortable that you can move in, like sweatpants and a tshirt. We recommend removing jewelry/watches so nothing gets broken or caught on something while you’re moving.
