Dancing for Birth 2-Class Short Session

Dancing for Birth is a joyful, supportive one-hour weekly class designed for expecting mothers and baby-wearing moms. This gentle, empowering movement class blends dance, breath, and body awareness to help you prepare for birth, build confidence, and connect deeply with your body and your baby.

Through rhythmic movement and mindful exercises, participants learn tools that support comfort, strength, and relaxation—while also creating meaningful bonding moments with baby, whether still in the womb or worn close to your heart. No dance experience is needed; all bodies and stages are welcome.
