This workshop series is rooted in the movement language of the Ilan Lev Method (ILM), somatic release techniques, functional movement, and creatively guided movement explorations.Throughout the workshop, we will explore how the body and nervous system respond to the meeting point of physicality, presence, and mindful attention, supported by gentle kinesthetic stimulation based on imagery. This practice helps release tension, soften habitual patterns, and open pathways to new possibilities of movement, being, and communication.Participants learn to support neuroplasticity, mobility, body awareness, and the development of physical intelligence. The series also includes creative forms of self-reflection, internal mindfulness practices, and exploration of the body’s innate creative potential.
