Why? Because singing—defined as “making noises with your mouth that hopefully don’t sound terrible”—is as human as breathing.  

Fun fact: the oldest song in the world is around 3,400 years old. So yeah, we’ve had some time to practice, even if “practice” just means singing in our cars or humming in the shower. And here’s the kicker: singing is actually good for you. Like, scientifically proven good. 

It boosts your immune system, cranks up your endorphins (hello, happiness hormones), and makes you feel more connected to other humans. Basically, it’s like a gym workout, but way more fun and with zero burpees.
