As always, all HOW-Chicago events are free to attend for Veterans, Active Duty Service members, First Responders and their families.****This will be at Silver Lake Boat Ramp****Our event will run from approximately 0800-1400. Please arrive on time to receive your fishing gear, instructions and safety brief, so we can get you on the water and fishing as quickly as possible. You will be paired up with a HOW volunteer for the event. (Group fishing license issued by IDNR)Lunch is included!Conveniently located off Weber Rd in Naperville, IL.All HOW Events are absolutely FREE!No ALCOHOL or DRUGS are allowed at HOW events.We have all the fishing gear and kayaks needed for the day.Please dress for the weather. There’s always a good possibility you will get wet.Yes, you can bring a guest; this is a family event for all participants (be sure to register them as well).
