World Labyrinth Day at Warren Town Beach

​Join BlueSkieRI for a relaxing and restorative event by the shore. We are building a pop-up walking mediation labyrinth at the Warren Town Beach on Saturday, May 3 from 1 to 4 pm. And if you like, come at 10 am and watch and learn how we'll make the labyrinth.

BlueSkiesRI's mission is to help friends and family of anxious loved ones find non-clinical strategies for managing anxiety. Walking is one way to work through one's anxiety. Mediation is another. A walking meditation labyrinth combines both of these strategies ​a​t a specific location, providing focus for the walk.

This is a free event. Registration is NOT required. If you do register, you'll be added to our list for future labyrinth events.
