1. if we have under 40 teams, it'll be a 2-tier system with Master and Student. 
2. If we have under 60 teams, it'll be a 3-tier system with Master, Student, and Rookie. 

Don't forget to register and pay by March 31 to take advantage of the early bird special - it's only $10 per entry! If you wait until September 1 or the day of the tournament, it'll cost $40 per entry.
