This is the most beautiful time of day to experience the river – hear the kookaburras laughing, walk under the manna gums towering overhead, and allow the clean and crisp river air to fill your lungs. Burnout, postpartum depression, and autoimmune illness became the language her body used when she didn’t yet know how to listen.Breathwork brought her home to herself. It taught her that you can't think your way into healing.
