The Reset Series is a guided space to clear what’s been building, recalibrate your system, and come back into balance on all levels.


THE WORK WE DO HERE

Over our five fortnightly sessions during this Term 2 container, we work across the layers of your experience:

 * the body and nervous system

 * emotional release and processing

 * energetic clearing and recalibration

 * connection to your intuition and higher self

 * grounding new states into your everyday life

This is where awareness becomes embodied, and real shifts begin to take place.

This is not surface-level work.

It’s a space where you are supported to let go of what you’ve been holding, reconnect with what is true for you, and shift your internal state in a way that feels real and lasting.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Each session is intentionally held and guided with care.

You’ll be led through a blend of:

 * guided shamanic journeys and meditation

 * sound and energetic work

 * moments of sharing and reflection

 * ritual elements that support release, connection, and integration

Our final session includes a simple, intentional creation to take home as an anchor for your experience.

You’ll also receive simple, practical tools you can take into your everyday life to support your energy, your awareness, and your sense of self between sessions.


WHO IS THIS FOR

Come as you are. Come on your own, with a partner, or with a friend.

This space is for those who feel the need to reset, reconnect, and realign and who know there is more available for them within themselves.

MORE THAN A ONE OFF EXPERIENCE

This is not a one-off workshop that offers a brief glimpse of transformation.

Our series of term-based containers offers a rhythm you can return to, community you can grow with, and a consistent place to land, reconnect, and be welcomed.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about returning to who you are beneath the layers.

It is about letting go of what sits in the way so you can move through life with more clarity, connection, and truth.
