- **Event Description**: The HMBA “G-FLOW ENDURO” SERIES is for all – Race or ride for fun throughout the HMBA trail network.

There are 3-4 point-to-point timed stages with non-timed rides while liaising on compulsory trails to the next stage starting point – for some stages we may even provide a shuttle to get you back to the top.

The mystery of the exact stages will be be made available closer to the date of the round! You have 1 shot on each stage, all times count.

For under 17 riders and below, mandatory safety equipment must be worn during all competition stages and is recommended for all riders, these include;
•	Full face helmet
•	Knee pads
•	Elbow pads for U17’s are now mandatory
•	Long sleeve jerseys 
•	Full finger gloves
•	A neck brace is recommended but not compulsory. Neck brace should only be used with a full faced helmet.
•	Fully enclosed foot wear
•	Protective eyewear
•	You can only use one bike and it must be in a safe working order with bar ends and working brakes all-round.
