We’re so excited to invite our Juniors Journey families and the wider community to a special evening in collaboration with The Sick Sense! 🌿
With over 16 years of paediatric nursing experience, The Sick Sense delivers expert-led baby and child first aid workshops across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Central Coast.
This practical and empowering session will help parents, grandparents, and carers feel confident in recognising and responding to childhood illnesses and medical emergencies.
✨ What you’ll learn:
💬 How to use the ISBAR acronym – a simple but powerful communication tool that helps you speak clearly and confidently with healthcare professionals when your child is unwell.
❤️ Hands-on CPR training for babies and children, giving you real confidence to act if the worst should happen.
