***HMBA Junior Cross Country Races - Club Championships***

This will be a separate Junior XC Race for U9, U11, U13 and U15 riders, and will involve multiple laps of a 1.8 km loop of our Development Trail network. 

Race duration is compliant with AusCycling rules for Junior races. U9 x 2 laps, U11 x 3 laps, U13 x 4 laps, U15 x 5 laps. 

Age groups will start in waves from oldest to youngest. Course is a loop so riders will pass through start/finish area at the end of each lap.

Due to AusCycling rider safety rules for Juniors, Junior riders may only race in their age group OR in their grade, NOT both.

TIME: Race starts at 8:00 am sharp so please allow time for registration. 

LOCATION: Awaba MTB Park - assemble at the Development Trail Head Shed 

Entries will close at 8:00 pm on Saturday (25/10) before the event so the data file can be organised for the race - no exceptions - ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.

Please remember to bring your Race Plate. If you don't have a Race Plate you will be assigned a race number during registration and you will need to collect it from the registration table at the top of the car park on race day. 


****HMBA Cross Country Races - Club Championships****

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY.

TIME: Race to start at 9:00 am. 

LOCATION: Awaba MTB Park

RACE FORMAT: Set number of laps of 5-6km long track

GRADES: Men: A (5 laps), B (4 laps), C (3 laps) and D (2 laps) grade.
Women: A (4 laps), B (3 laps), C (2 laps) and D (1 lap) grade
Juniors: E Grade (either 1 lap of main course or 2-4 laps of shortened course - TBA)
E-bikes - Open Class

COST: Senior Riders (over 18) - $15.
Junior Riders (15 – 18 year old inclusive) - $10.
Junior Riders (14 Years and under) - $5.

Event 1-Day Licence for Non-AusCycling Members - you will need to purchase this prior to the day of the event:
