9:00 - 9:30 | Welcome & Check-in
Arrive, settle in, and take in the morning sun rolling over the fields.

9:30 - 10:00 | Vegan Continental Breakfast
Enjoy a light, refreshing breakfast with seasonal fruits and lavender foreward herbal teas.

10:00 - 10:30 | Opening Circle & Grounding Meditation
Set intentions for the day with a guided meditation, surrounded by the calming scent of lavender.

10:30 - 11:30 | Energizing Vinyasa Flow
A sun-kissed practice among the blooms, connecting movement with the rhythm of the wind and sky.

11:30 - 12:00 | Journaling & Reflection
Find a quiet corner in the fields to write, reflect, and embrace the present moment.

12:00 - 1:00 | Catered Picnic Lunch & Free Time
Enjoy a farm-fresh lunch in the shade of the barn store, then take time to explore at your own pace.

1:00 - 2:00 | Karma Yoga (Giving Back to the Land)
Honor the farm with mindful service— tending to the lavender, removing weeds, or simply walking the land with gratitude.

2:00 - 3:30 | Slow, Soothing Asana Practice in the Barn
A restorative flow to unwind and settle, set in the rustic charm of our barn loft.

3:30 - 4:00 | Guided Meditation in the Barn
Sink into stillness, embracing the quiet haze of the afternoon.

4:00 - 4:30 | Closing Circle
Come together to reflect, share, and set intentions to carry this peace forward.

4:30 - 5:00 | Unstructured Time to Enjoy the Farm
Linger a little longer—sip lavender lemonade, wander the fields, or simply soak in the beauty of the day.

What to Expect

Yoga & Meditation in Nature
Flow through two beautifully curated practices: a sunlit vinyasa in the lavender fields and a soft, meditative session in the barn loft.

Journaling & Self-Discovery
Capture your thoughts and intentions through guided writing prompts designed for reflection and gratitude.

Karma Yoga: Tending to the Land
Engage in a mindful act of giving, connecting with the earth through gentle farm work. (Bring garden gloves if desired!)

Unstructured Moments of Bliss
Savor the quiet—walk barefoot through the grass, breathe in the floral air, or relax under the shade with a good book.


Important Details

Location & Accessibility
Outdoor & Indoor Spaces – Some sessions take place outside in the fields, while others are held in the loft of our rustic barn, which is accessible only by stairs.
Weather Plan – In case of rain or excessive heat, outdoor sessions will move to the first floor of the barn.
Terrain – The barn floor is uneven and rustic, so consider bringing an extra mat or knee cushion for comfort.

What to Bring

Yoga mat & blanket (We have limited mats & props available.)
Water bottle (Stay hydrated!)
Sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, and a hat (Outdoor sessions are in open fields.)
Garden gloves/kneeling pad (optional) (For Karma Yoga in the fields.)
Comfortable, layered clothing (Think stretching, movement, and being outdoors!)
